The draw for the FIFA Club World Cup 2024 qualifiers groups was held on July 15th, 2023, in Zurich, Switzerland. The seven teams were drawn into two groups of three teams each. Group A consists of Real Madrid (UEFA), Seattle Sounders FC (CONCACAF), and Auckland City FC (OFC). Group B consists of Flamengo (CONMEBOL), Wydad AC (CAF), and Al Hilal SFC (AFC).
The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, where they will be joined by the winners of the play-off match between the third-placed teams in each group. The semi-finals will be played on February 7th, 2024, with the final scheduled for February 11th, 2024.
